Why I might contact you

To help the service run smoothly I may like to contact you by phone, email, text messages and/or post and your consent is needed for this. The purpose of this is for:

• Appointment reminders

• Specific information about the treatment you will receive/have received

• Sending patch tests

• Offers and new services

 

What data I store and how I store it

My online booking system collects your name, telephone number, email address and sometimes postal address for a booking to be made. These are stored electronically on the booking system. When paying a partial payment online you will be directed to PayPal who will have their own privacy policy. My paper consultation forms collect the same generic information as the online booking tool, with the addition of your health history to ensure you are suitable for a particular treatment. Paper versions of these consultation forms are stored in a locked filing cabinet. At a later date, they may be stored electronically on my booking system. These will be kept for as long as legally obliged to.
